Long-term cooperation of founders of company ICD Partners with many foreign investment companies and funds, participation in the international exhibitions and the conferences devoted to investments into the real estate, has allowed to organize large-scale investment competition on attracting the foreign capital on the market of the real estate of Ukraine.
         Company ICD Partners acts in role of the expert of investment projects which will be presented to our partners within the limits of arrangements on investments into the real estate of Ukraine.
         Within six months company ICD Partners, using the unique possibilities of Ukrainian market of the real estate, will suggest investors to consider the most perspective projects.
         In the contest organized by the company ICD Partners, foreign investors representing such regions as the USA, countries of Western Europe, the Russian Federation, Arab Emirates and the East countries participate. Besides, private persons and the organizations are presented. The most perspective and favourable projects sharing in which will give the chance to investors to take advantages of superiority will be offered their attention and also get worthy profit. Company ICD Partners also participates in contest and is ready to organize a project financing of several highly profitable or brand projects granted by participants of the Contest.
         The period of action of the contest is six months. This term will allow participants of the contest to evaluate all the advantages and disadvantages of offered projects and at the same time will not allow to lose those advantages which are assumed by investment in the real estate at this stage.
